LONGITŪDINĒS is a biannual magazine with print editions and exclusive online content updated regularly. Print editions are multilingual and feature texts in their original languages. Translations are made available online.

We accept unsolicited submissions of fiction, poetry, drama and visual art throughout the year. All submissions must be previously unpublished. We accept pitches for previously untranslated work — even when the original is published — on condition that they are accompanied by the copyright holders’ written permission to translate and republish the original text.

We accept submissions of literature and art essays and reviews, and pitches for interviews with writers and artists. We do not accept academic submissions: make sure your work is aimed at serious but non-specialised readers.

Simultaneous submissions are acceptable as long as we are notified immediately if the manuscript is accepted for publication elsewhere. Please submit no more than one short story or six poems at a time. All submissions should be sent at editors [at] or to your specific editors (see below). If you submit more than one poem, make sure to include the title of each poem within the body of your email.
